The people are truly one of the best assets Bell has. The employee population is filled with innovative, kind individuals who love to come to work which makes every day a wonderful work environment.

We work hard and we play harder. My team loves to celebrate accomplishments, support each other in tough times, and invest in fun parts of working at Bell (such as United Way, FLRAA win celebrations, and ERG holidays).

I love that our leadership is so transparent with objectives, obstacles, and what is going on with the business. They love engaging with individuals across their organization to learn what each person contributes to the company and it makes you feel really important to the function.
