I enjoy being surrounded by bright people who collaborate and share ideas back and forth. We all make each other better.

The health care coverage is comprehensive and fairly priced. I enjoy participating in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan because it gives me an additional incentive/investment in the success of the company.

The talk about professional development is not just talk. They back it up by empowering me to take a proactive approach to my development, setting specific and measurable goals, and then tracking progress against those goals with me every quarter. Communication is clear and expectations are clear.
