The transparency leadership exhibits is by far the best in class. Their phones are always on and we can call if we ever need to. Leadership also ensures we take time to grow ourselves via their Coursera courses that are completely free to us.
The best part about my compensation package is that it is fair and shows that we are valued as employees. The company has many stock options to chose from and you can't go wrong with the 401k/company match. For once in my career, I truly feel valued.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We all genuinely care for one another. There are a lot that stay back in the shadows though. I feel there could be more teamwork and more proactiveness, rather than just doing the bare minimum or only focusing on personal accounts.
Leadership is always available. There is a disconnect though between Talent and Culture referrals vs what is actually happening. Parul asks us to submit referrals, but they are not even receiving phone calls from the recruiter. I've referred many former colleagues in India and not one got a call.
My team is caring, kind, considerate and always willing to help. If I have a question, no one hesitates to offer assistance. If I need to leave early, or if I am out unexpectedly, my team is there to assist and cover my accounts. It has really been a pleasant experience.
For the first time in my career, I truly feel valued and compensated fairly. They took my experience into consideration when writing an offer. I've been here for one year and at 9 months in I was given a merit increase. This speaks volumes for the value I bring to the company.

My offer was 5% above ask, but the letter I signed in excitement was at ask only. I never got the additional 5% and I just found out I don't get an annual review. The merit increase I received last year was my review, except at the time I was told it was an increase based on cost of living expenses.
