As an expert in my field it is often difficult to find a role that is challenging. What the company is trying to do with Cloud offerings (i.e. being a SaaS company on top of a hardware company) is what I enjoy here.

I generally don't get emails at night or on weekends

we don't just work; we "talk" and get to know one another

solving puzzles (although some days there is too much of a good thing)

management puts their money where their mouth is and funds strategic objectives; they don't just pay lip service

they empower their people to do their job and provide the autonomy to work independently so we can make our own strategic choices in alignment with the overall company's strategy
