Taking care of employees with both mental and physical help. Understand that people, even part time employees, NEED benefits to survive and being thrown around like ragdolls mentally and allowing managers to bully underlings is a good way to have the business crumble because people WILL leave.

The whole corporation as a whole only cares about money, purposely finding small income areas they know they'll be the only store so they can rake in as much profit as possible with the smallest pay out to employees, even firing anyone who disagrees or becomes a problem to their profit margins.

You can't take your time with anything, and everything must be perfect regardless, everything has to be neat tidy and not out of place before the end of the day even if you can't get away from the register for hours on end, and if you don't you are threatened with write ups and termination
