Listen to their employees. To take ethical courses and not to put their employees down behind their backs. Managers need to communicate and treat all employees equally, instead of singling them out.

Negativity is a constant battle. The manager acts like a teenager instead of an adult. She constantly talks behind employees back, then when the information gets to them, who says something to her, she retaliates against all parties involved.
