Leadership currently in place are wrong, it needs a full overhaul from outside people who dont have the highschool like biasism influencing the job

Leadership in thisnplace is like a highschool popularity contest. And they bully the ground level reps. You cant talk to HR because they are besties with leadership and all hangout outside of the office. They dont follow any of the security or moral codes they enforce.
