Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a fantastic leadership team on my program! I don't think I would be so happy to come into work everyday if we didn't have the leadership we have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership in thisnplace is like a highschool popularity contest. And they bully the ground level reps. You cant talk to HR because they are besties with leadership and all hangout outside of the office. They dont follow any of the security or moral codes they enforce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are great, medical dental and vision
Even though we are paid by the hour we have great benefits and extra opportunities to invest in the company. They take care of you. It's more than a call center , it's a community!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
The reps and the product is the only good thing about this place
I believe I work for the best clients that meet our companies foundation. Not does the client listen but as well takes action to make sure our needs are met.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendships are the most positive thing leadership makes it hard
FCR has a great atmosphere and has a open door policy. They are very open to all kinds of life and embraces it. There is no strict dress.code and if you have tattoos, piercings and colored hair you will fit right in!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy, fast, efficient
They were human, no formal seating, just real questions. There is a couple of assments before the interview but even then if you have a great personality they will work with you!

What makes you most happy at work?
I have a fantastic second home with this company. People are always friendly and you can easily take to higher ups as they treat you like a number but a person. We are all in it to make the company great and will treat you like a equal. There is only one word like to use and it's colleague.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership currently in place are wrong, it needs a full overhaul from outside people who dont have the highschool like biasism influencing the job
