FCR CEO Matt Trebb Bio

Matt joined FCR as Group Vice President in December of 2020 to help inform, lead, and execute strategies to grow FCR’s service delivery capabilities through the development of internal people, process and technology, and external partnerships. Prior to FCR, Matt worked for over 20 years in the BPO space, most recently as Vice President of Global Operations at TTEC, a worldwide leader in CX strategy, outsourcing, and technology. Matt has a Master’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor’s degree from Laurentian University. He resides in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife Julieta, their young son Aquiles, and their dog Peppy.
