There's a lot I like, but i'm beginning to feel like i've reached a plateau in my position, and b/c my manager doesn't provide a lot of feedback or carve out time for meetings, it's hard to know how to grow.

There's a lot I love about the company - benefits, chances for creativity, community, etc. But some positions (including mine) don't have a clear growth trajectory, which is frustrating.

They're accessible, so i never feel like I can't go talk to them.

A lot of the team I work on is super close, which is great. Conversation feels generally friendly.

I love getting to be creative and step outside my "box" to try on/take ownership of other projects.

I love the open door policy - It never feels like I CANT talk to anyone or like anyone is "out of reach"

I feel like our weakest team is HR, which isn't ideal - it's unusual to feel like HR is really listening to employees feedback.

Our team is solid, but with such fast hiring, it's hard to get to know new people. Also, sometimes teams get a bit insular.

It's frustrating that big one-time accomplishments are rewarded more than being a consistent, reliable team player. There's a lot of ways contribute valuably, wish all were rewarded equally.

I've recently taken on more responsibility thanks to a shift in the company and would like a raise/promotion associated with that responsibility rather than the paltry 4% for good performers that doesn't really track with inflation.

It often seems that the people working the hardest and hustling aren't the ones getting paid the most. Also, the company is married to certain metrics being the only ones that matter for raises/promotions and they don't take into account people who support those metrics but don't claim them directly
