They are polite in how they ask you to do things, they are never rude, and most managers are never "micro-managers." I really appreciate their ability to stay positive and encourage new employees.

Diversity and helping others grow. These come together to create an amazing team. We come from various places and experiences to come together and put our talents to great use and drive revenue and conversions.

I mentioned wanting to go for a bigger position. They said I think we can do that, added more leadership responsibilities, *trained* new employees (they got 3 wins already) I'm experienced in everything our dept does. Was going very well, then told there was no opening. Gave position to 3 employees.
