I worked for SecureLink before they were acquired by Imprivata, and the benefits definitely got worse with the acquisition. Imprivata culture also tends to skew a bit more traditional (employees actually wear business casual, the employees are expected to be in the office, etc.) than SecureLink was.
I worked at SecureLink before it was acquired by Imprivata. The culture at Imprivata seems a bit more "traditional" or conservative. SecureLink was very informal and even the CEO seemed approachable. Imprivata is more formal and in comparison to SecureLink, a bit stuffy.
I feel good and appreciated for completing a challenging task
I like completing challenging tasks and being recognized for them.
I like that I get to learn new skills and tackle challenging problems.
The leadership team seems very personable, and I like that they care about social issues.
People are very flexible and understanding when needing to take time off due to kids.
My team is very helpful and friendly. They don't seem to get bothered when I ask questions.
My team gets along well and is always supportive of each other, both personally and with work.
Even though we are distributed across 4 different locations, we still get along very well and work effectively together.
They seem personable, especially Gus. However, I really don't know who any of the executive team is other than Gus and Kelliann
The culture at the company seems to be supportive of professional growth. I haven't been with the company long enough to verify whether this is actually true in practice, however.
They seem very personable (I haven't actually talked to them, so that may not be the reality but it is my perception). They try to make meetings interesting. They care about social issues.
I am a parent of two young children, and everyone is very flexible and understanding when unexpected things pop up that take me away from work, such as a sick kid, doctor's checkups, etc.
I am paid about 20% below market rate, and the benefits do not make up for it. There isn't a non-high-deductible healthcare plan available. I would feel better if I got a raise to bring me to market level.
I am paid about $20k under the market, and the bonus structure is really bad. It's only $1,800, regardless of your base pay. Additionally, the overall health, etc. benefits got worse when Imprivata acquired SecureLink. They really need to pay fairly and improve the health coverage.
I am paid at least 20% under market rate, and the bonus program is really poor. With the difference in bonus structure, I actually got a pay decrease when Imprivata acquired my company (SecureLink). I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid at the market rate and got a decent bonus.
