The Imprivata Culture permeates through most of the employees, which adds to the quality of experience. My particular team knows that everyone "has their back" and that supports a safe and healthy working environment.

For me, it cannot be all about the work. I thrive on the relationships and the company events, both formal ones and informal ones, where can relax and get a drink with team members and co-workers.

Empathy is a key quality in any leader. Our SLT and EStaff team have overwhelmingly displayed an enormous amount of empathy for their employees. This is evident in their handling of the current pandemic, but also is evident in the daily culture at Imprivata.

Imprivata looks for ways to provide fun and healthy experiences for their employees. They do not just throw together a summer outing and then forget about the rest of the year. The Culture Committee is constantly coming up with new and fun ideas to keep employees engaged and excited.
