Very unhappy that the company is changing their minds on the work from home policy, the poor raises, and the 401k match disappearing for a time.

Small raises when inflation is so high and 401k match was removed for a time despite the company having high profits and acquiring multiple companies. Additionally the company told us we can choose to work from home permanently, but years later are going back on their word forcing us back in.
