I feel that the amount of work that I am required to do should come with at least an additional 5k a year. The size of the portfolios continue to grow.

I would like more thought to be put into certain changes before they are rolled out, i.e pet fee audits. Sometimes the amount of work can be overwhelming due to poor planning. If a particular role is going to get more jobs added to it, then there should be a change in pay.
