I love the projects that I am working on and am thankful that we are starting to document more. I think there are some great opportunities on our team to make sure that we are all on the same page with expectations, work to be completed, what fits in an agile environment.

Some of my answers are mixed I know, as interactions with people differ and give you different perspectives. But overall, the experience has been great. Invitation Homes allows me to come to work every day to a job I enjoy, with people I like working with, and find a balance to enjoy life outside.

I love what I do. While every day is not perfect and I really have no clue what is going to happen when my day starts, I enjoy doing it. I enjoy the people I work with and the professional relationships I am building

Now that I am feeling more confident in my role, I feel like I am able to be more productive and interactive with the team - so they can see my personality and what I can bring to the table. Everyone is helpful and available.

My team is always ready to help each other out! If you have a question, need examples, need a shoulder or a second set of eyes, there is always someone who you can count on to be there for you. That reliability is a true comfort.

I feel like they do what needs to be done to take care of the company. Pivot when needed - but not too much where it feels like a panic or overcorrection. It feels like they are invested in the company and care about its success just as much as we do.

I feel like there are so many opportunities for me to do something great every day. Since a lot of my work is not clearly defined at this time and we are scoping it out and figuring out the way we work, I feel like I can make it what I want it to be. I can be creative and stretch myself.
