The culture team tries hard to celebrate life event
Separate the two positions. Start back caring about our resident
The original leasing team and old renewal coordinators work well together.
Nothing is positive about the culture - The team is unhappy
Should have been offered more considering 2 job were combined into one
My direct manager is great! outside of that Atlanta Team doesn't not care.
The company combined 2 positions together which creates more work but less time to get the job and pay. The work is too much for one person and expectation is too high. The residents are suffering big time. Absolutely NO genuine care for our residents.
