We in my position is still new and was a big adjustment. Still have some growing pains. However challenges make me stronger. Things get better each day and I enjoy my job.

I preferred excitement of finding people homes as a leaseing agent and incentive to build my income of just sales each day. New LES position definately was a challenge. However I am thankful to still be working for IH.

Going from a top agent to in-house was a huge pay cut. I miss the motivation and incentive of the sale or bonus. Rather have a monthly goal than yearly.
