Everyone has been extremely nice and welcoming to the company, which I greatly appreciate. However, I have been with the company for almost 3 months and I still don't have any training on my actual job and there hasn't been any training presented. Which is highly concerning for me!

Everyone is friendly for the most part. However, my immediate supervisor & upper management doesn't fully understand the roles of their employees. Which is concerning, because I still haven't been fully trained on my position 1 year in! Hopefully, there will be a better way to train new employees.

Everyone tries to help you as much as they can. The company makes sure that we have regular activities to build new relationships which is appreciated.

My team has a great attitude when it comes to learning/sharing new things. We great potential to execute our goals if given the proper support to succeed!

The staff activities are great whether it's a holiday celebration or giving back to the community. There has been great vibes from the beginning, which makes working here a better experience.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
The leadership team needs better knowledge/training on what their team roles are. Rather than asking the team member to teach/train them on what their job is on a daily basis. With the lack of understanding the teams individual roles, it takes away from the productivity of the role to train leaders.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
My work load is immense, and there doesn't seem to be an urgency to get positions filled to help my department. I've mentioned this several times in the past 3 months and there hasn't been any change. My position wouldn't be as difficult if I had a full & knowledgeable team available.

I have been overworked for the past 6 months with no help, due to being short a team member. I have also been asked to train my manager & a new team member without additional compensation. I have asked for additional team members to be added on multiple occasions to share the workload, to no avail.
