JCI pays well below the industry standard for many of their job roles. Also, with the new merger with Tyco, the Tyco counterparts get paid considerably more than their JCI counterparts.

The merger with Tyco actually seems like a covert takeover from Tyco. Senior leadership is not friendly and not working on creating this "One Team" that we are supposed to be.
