Getting my raises in a timely manner and I don't feel valued when I stay late, work my days off and stay pay my scheduled shifts.

The enthusiasm from managers and how far we are put to work. I worked there 27 years ago so obviously it was a good experience because I came back.

Comfortable work environment but most of the crew are minors. Plucking up a lot of slack because people don't waft to do 100% effort for minimum wage and no raises.

I have been an employee for almost 2 years as crew and shall worked there 26 years ago. My yearly review for my 3% realise was done end of December beginning of January. I'm just not getting my raise. I'm not getting retro paid for the wait. Very frustrated and don't feel employees are a priority.

Very short on employees and the ones there only do what they want and don't really care about losing a job that is low paying. Also working with short staff by no fault of the store managers. Just wish crew people would have more input. Truly like my job, just not worth it most of the time.
