my store is 5788 and my manager is really scary and loud ive tried talking to human resources about how she treats the workers and nothing had changed she lies and yells and sells old pizzas ignores co workers and body shames people im trying to have something change but its so hard please help

I have worked their for 2 1/2 years. I did recently put my two weeks in and finished my last day this week. I would just like to say that i had been mentally abused while on the job; to elaborate that I have been called all sorts of names and my GM has made several very rude comments.

Being mistreated being told my hours will not increase I was hired on to do a specific job and been shut down and told that I'm not getting my hours or my days and I cannot do anything the boss at the store won't give me my lunch breaks won't give me breaks

Honeslty, this company tries to take advantage of you every chance they get. They overwork you for what they pay (not worth it at all). They care more about the customers than their employees. Toxic enviromnment, got a bunch of carless teens working there, just absolutely horrible place to work.

Poor management - no structured training program for newcomers, lack of incentives (raises are not offered, but must be requested, even after 6 years of experience). Poor workers are not fired or even confronted about poor performance (such as working slowly, avoiding certain jobs, being on phone)

i get no positive feedback and no promotions i have 4 stores that ask me for help all the time and ask me to tranfer cause im such a good woker ive asked for a promotion for a year and a half because im the best in the area and they want me to be perfect before the promotion no one is perfect

To clarify, there are NO meetings. The members who have stayed, stay b/c they need some kind of pay during the pandemic. They work HARD. People who don't need the pay and have experienced the treatment, leave nearly immediately.

Clearly these young folk I work with need a reality check or some training in respecting people because it's absurd the amount of slurs I hear is wrong. I'm not worried about cussing if not with a customer but use of slurs is disrespectful. Also I'm seeking housing my manager called me a bum.
