Little Caesar's Claimed Company
Little Caesars wants to be ""the best take-home pizza chain by exceeding customer expectations with extraordinary value, great tasting products and outstanding people."" Founded in 1959, it was the result of a blind date between Mike Ilitch and Marian Bayoff, who eventually married and dropped their entire life savings into opening a pizza store just outside Detroit. It eventually became the fastest-growing pizza chain in the country. read more

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The owner is super kind and understanding, she just hired really crappy people.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to work with my sisters or the few other good employees.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I got the job on the spot. It was too easy. Explains why we have so many poor workers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They use their phones too often, work slowly (don't have a sense of urgency), and don't asl qustions when they don't know what they're doing, or what they should be doing, making it extremely difficult to work together as a well oiled machine. Feels more like a babysitting gig.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do extra jobs that need to get done and are avoided by all other workers (cleaning bathroom, wiping equipment + under tables), and am never late (unlike most workers). I've helped train many workers and often stay late after close to teach new employees how to close. I make 30 cents over minimum.
