What do you like best about the leadership team?
we are family we don't see ourselves as just co-workers. this comes from our owner and our upper management we are not just worker bees we stick together. the great turnaround in employees due to this. they want us to succeed just like they have great inspiration.

I like that this company is family friendly I love the great work they do to make sure our customers are happy. The only thing that set me off was I was promised a pay rate and was never given it. I still work for the company only because I enjoy working here and I like my co workers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Cult club, evident not a publically traded company.

The leadership team needs to get better at resolving problems between the coworkers. And they need to give us access to the Human Resources number or give us some way to get into contact with them. There is so much drama at the workplace that it feels like we are at high school again.

Better pay and benefits, working long hours while running shifts as a "manager" doesnt equate to a crew member pay at mcdonalds. If they ask you to be a manager, speaking from experience, RUN. A lot of work, not much to show for it.
