The most positive thing at my company is some of the customers are nice, sweethearted people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to get better at resolving problems between the coworkers. And they need to give us access to the Human Resources number or give us some way to get into contact with them. There is so much drama at the workplace that it feels like we are at high school again.
