I believe that entire management staff deserve more considering that this is an entry level job we have people come and go often meaning that we are the ones who have to show people how to work as it is most commonly their first job but they (in my state) only give them an extra dollar. yeah okay.

I didn't have a typical interview my parents had both worked with the district manager a friend of mine was a GM of another store so when I walked in for my interview he just made sure I wasn't going to run away and that I had a way to make it to work everyday and told me to go in and work same day
