Sometimes they know what positions fit best with each worker and we manage to keep rushes organized.

I love my general manager and and how hard he works for his crew and I enjoy my district management as well they (once we can get ahold of them) a great help and very considerate

Hire more qualified management, and rotating work everyday, as a sole position everyday is exhausting.

I believe that entire management staff deserve more considering that this is an entry level job we have people come and go often meaning that we are the ones who have to show people how to work as it is most commonly their first job but they (in my state) only give them an extra dollar. yeah okay.

It was management who needs to improve. Wage workers were learning and management was misconstruing.

people come and go to quickly as nobody feels like they are being compensated enough so you can't look forward to your coworkers if you do tomorrow just might be their breaking point and the quit

we have a nice returning customer base highlight of my day to see them come in love getting to see someone walk in and already know their name or order and they appreciate to and I have a very deep respect for me GM as a person which you can amount to the entire reason for making it this long (4)

I didn't have a typical interview my parents had both worked with the district manager a friend of mine was a GM of another store so when I walked in for my interview he just made sure I wasn't going to run away and that I had a way to make it to work everyday and told me to go in and work same day

Management is misleading. Fire them and start new. Other workers were unaware and completed food was going missing.
