Terrible experiences, nothing was answered in full in regard to employment and hiring was unorganized and last minute. Also, managers like to make workers feel insignificant even when actively assisting or showing acknowledgement of protocols and methods, they proceed to belittle employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management seems to be taking sides. Payment was little.

Nothing was good about it

It was management who needs to improve. Wage workers were learning and management was misconstruing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They involve out of work incidents with work hours and made the whole situation very uncomfortable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is misleading. Fire them and start new. Other workers were unaware and completed food was going missing.
