I have worked their for 2 1/2 years. I did recently put my two weeks in and finished my last day this week. I would just like to say that i had been mentally abused while on the job; to elaborate that I have been called all sorts of names and my GM has made several very rude comments.

we somewhat communicate with eachother
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i do feel as if everyone is accepting to other differences
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to work with the people i know are going to use good teamwork
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better on teamwork and not picking on their workers. I witnessed my old GM make a girl cry then joked about it to me because she made the girl cry. almost like it was something to "show off".
