What's wrong is, I'm not paid enough for the hard work I do unloading trucks on the dock. It's the most physical demanding role in the store! After 3years I make $9.75 hourly & feel that & $15.00 hourly would be more adequate!

We need better & more communication from all levels of management in the store & from the district & regional teams! They need to see, talk & interact with everyone in all levels of the company to show that they care about their workers & employees!

I feel that I'm undervalued because working on the dock & unloading trucks is the most physical demanding role in the store!, & for that fact I would feel better about my compensation if we were paid a lot more hourly.
