Macys needs to be restarted entirely. The management there is toxic they see no wrong and do nothing as well. You never see the “People Leaders” when you’re supposed to but during and audit they’re down your neck because

Giving direction respectfully and being hands on when it comes to making sure employees are actually doing their jobs. Follow up on complaints in a timely fashion as to avoid a more strained work environment. Not play favorites and make new people do more.

Friendly ness of others in the building on different floors was always a problem. Other departments never wanted to put back their own departments stuff which put a strain on our department already being understaffed having to do their work as well. They always had very bad attitudes as well
