I pretty much enjoy my tasks and job; I feel blessed for the benefits we have as medical insurance, but sometimes I feel overwhelmed from the high expectations that managers have and there's not enough feedback we could give nor certainty that our voices will be heard and things will change

It feels like we are not part of Medallia, it feels like we were a branch. A branch that is underrated and less compensated.

We try to help each other when any problem comes up, although sometimes it feels like our manager just seeks for her/his personal benefit and disturbs the whole team, resulting in a competition feeling.

Motivate people with better income and better undertsing of opportunities for our career path and development. Reduce billable hours for the ones that work harder, or pay more for their hard work, and increase tasks for managers accordingly to their wages.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Our tasks harly get any recognition. Little motivation is given by our PMs. Micromanaging is always present with the hard workers since the PM doesn't seem to trust other coworkers who seem to make the bear minimun in their jobs.
