They valuing their agents more. Offering better compensation and commission plans to their agents so agents can make more money and work without any financial stress. Rather than just lowering down the commission

When we overachieve the targets our targets go up which I believe is normal but the commission keeps on going down. If our performance is valued our compensation should at least remain the same even if targets go up.
