Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I myself and we as a team performing exceptionally well since we are at KT but with every quarter goes by the targets gets increased to the level where its hard to reach but that is not a problem, The problem is with the OTV not increasing which leads to a motivation less work honestly.
