Right now as I am working from home so I haven't yet experienced the company culture but I have heard a lot of good things from my peers.

Just have a slight concern regarding the increased targets which is that the commission should never have been reduced to match the previous targets. That is a bit of a setback and demotivator in my opinion.

So far I did not have any interaction with them personally but from what I have seen in the meetings, all hands, and other such things that they are quite cooperative and huge motivators of achieving more.
