
Most of the team members are team players and are always ready to help.
When I am allowed to work freely and I do have ample resources so that I can work stress free.
The leadership is transport, clear and organised but they are doing a lot of micromanagement recently, which is a little demotivating for us.
We are allowed to share our thoughts. I wont say this is the culture that we have in the Lahore office but we can express ourselves through these surveys.
As I have mentioned previously that our leadership is doing micro-management now, which in result is leading them to make strict policies in regards to the KPIs, and sales targets. The is leading to lower comissions and more stress at work. No clear guidelines for the annual increment either.
