I like that they are willing to take chances and find new solutions. They seem to care about the details and are invested in the success of our team's projects. It feels to good to have executive leadership involved in the outcome of my team's projects.

The leadership team knows we are moving fast and solving problems for the first time, so there is loads of flexibility when presenting new ideas and solutions. I feel like all of my ideas and contributions are valued and supported by the people at my company. We are all cheering each other on!
