
Need clearer and more focused prioritization at the leadership level.
Despite having an awesome product and great growth potential, I think we truly lack a sense of TEAM culture at Motive. This stems from a lack of prioritization at the leadership level. You have too many people trying to keep up with changing/unclear priorities resulting in burn-out/finger pointing.
Lack of focus at the leadership level. We are trying to do too many thing at once. This makes it hard to be successful here at Motive. Lack of work/life balance. Related to the previous theme. Unrealistic expectations/timelines result in either employees falling short or burn-out.
