Our team receives a lot of work that interferes with our work-life balance. There's never a set 40 hour work week. Overtime is always expected to happen. The demands of this role far exceed the compensation and value we receive.
The majority of the team is willing to help someone else with their workload if they're caught up. Truly understanding the value of teamwork. It's easy to get negative about this role, but our team does its best staying positive and optimistic despite the circumstances.
