What makes you most happy at work?

Paid time off and work from home

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Former coworkers became friends outside of work hours.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers are fine. There was a better balance of personalities on previous teams. Team lead's personality is very abbrassive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My team lead's communication skills are terrible. She takes a public shaming approach to dealing with most things. It leaves people on my team anxious for any meetings and very demoralized.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Jobs have similar titles, supposedly to help people transfer to teams with related skills. Have had multiple managers say they don't consider that to be the case. Many job postings give almost no details past the very general template, no sense of the day to day experience before applying.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hate current team. Got almost no raise to do quality checks for a team i was previously on - lateral move. Treated like the less than 1% raise, not enough to cover cost of living increases, was some great gift. Can't get more than meets expectations on first year of job means little chances of raise
