Was much better before the pandemic when we were often together
That we have employee resource groups and that remote working is permitted
Lack of promotions / clear career path Lack of proper pay
Some people are very lazy Others take credit for the work that others do
Nothing. Compensation is horrible. The rest of the benefits are okay at best.
The poor pay and lack of equitable pay between genders is unacceptable. Extremely poor leadership at the ELT level
Understanding the amount of work certain people do. They need to focus on retaining employees They need to focus on rewarding employees. They need to be aligned with goals & clearly communicate them Remove the white man privilege mindset across the organization, including the worst offender - Hugh
