The culture can be way too much sometimes, there are some high highs and low lows.

Starting to work for ReedPop was emotionally taxing as there was a fair amount of high school clique and bullying behavior that I don't think they realize isn't typical. I made a huge effort to do my best to fit in and be accepted, things are better now, but it's still tough.

They are approachable and always open to new ideas.

Seeing fans have fun and live it up at our shows, makes all the work of putting programming together for them worth it.

I work a lot of hours and still can't comfortably afford living expenses; it would be amazing if salaries went up to reflect inflation.

We are all fans of similar things and it really gives us common ground to bond over. We work hard but also have a lot of fun together.

My team is always supportive and there to help and guide each other when needed. We take everything on together from pre-show planning to working on site, the smooth teamwork really makes it feel like we can overcome any challenge we are put to.

I would love for my wage to rise to match inflation and increasing costs of benefits. I am the lowest paid coordinator at ReedPop and can't even afford rent. If I could at least be paid a wage that matches my direct equivalents that would be nice.

I know I'm a low level employee but the wage I am paid is not enough to pay for rent in the state in which I live, or to pay for necessities after inflation. It would be amazing for inflation to be factored into our wages so they can be more livable.

It's very stressful to keep up with all the deadlines we have to deal with when organizing multiple shows at once. Also ther is a strong culture of focusing on what we did wrong and rarely celebrating what we did right. When things are celebrated it is only if certain popular people are involved.

I am stuck working on a team with someone who consistently steamrolls me and doesn't allow me to make myself heard. I try to just grin and bear it because I'm a peacekeeper but it's very stressful. I also don't get paid enough to be able to support myself but I work extremely hard.
