Guitar Center: The company needs to acknowledge that employees are their best asset. Overworking with underpay to compensate for debt accrued by corporate bad decisions. Job can be fun and challenging but people are more productive when they feel the company is listening and cares.
Banfield Pet Hospital: I love my job most days, but lately I don't want to come to work. I feel very unappreciated and under paid. As an industry we are hemorrhaging people and pay and benefits are the best way to keep and gain the best people. The industry needs to recognize that and banfield should lead the way.
Banfield Pet Hospital: I love working with my team and the animals, but I do not like being verbally abused daily and for the leadership team to be so out of touch to what employees want and need. Often times I feel taken advantage of by leadership and my team members with no compensation and multiple delays/mistakes.

Walmart: Management doesnt handle situations properly. Find soneone to get rid of and try to put a target on them. No part time benefits but a discount. Full time associates cant go to certain University/College unless its one they support.

Dollar Tree: Dollar Tree does not pay their cashiers not stockers enough money. Stockers should in fact be paid more than cashiers

Food lion: Pay is low and they do not appreciate or trust their emoloyees.
AIG: While the benefits are nice, and there is theoretically potential for growth, the response of management to growing needs of employees is very slow. High stress, low compensation for workload, and high expectations.

Safeway: My store manager promotes without pay raises, and in my case violated our union contract in 3 ways and lied to deny me of a union guaranteed raise. This will most likely make the national news before winter 2021-22 ends.

Sally Beauty: Working at sallys was the worst job Ive ever undetaken run very badly by in experienced managment they all sit around alldayand not only that thet demoralized most members o staff which makes them umiliated depressed 70 people have left within 2 weeks of starting think that says it all

UC Berkeley: UC Berkeley pays their researchers the bare minimum they feel they can get away with; that is to say, their average salaries for researchers do not keep up with the extraordinary cost of living in/near Berkeley. We have wonderful departments, but the UC system as a whole is a poor employer.
Family Dollar Stores: It not one the manager is childish
Celestica: Management does not have a clue and there is no oportunity for growth since all leaders are not capable of recognizing the talent within their employees. No equal right opportunity , even though they say are fair at hiring.

This is not due to covid as it happened 2 years ago also. My hard earned money is being abused by them. No investment back
