A few years later went back to what we had.

Apple: Zero ability to have a life outside of work. Pay is good but not worth the human toll it takes on its employees, their relationships, and their physical/mental health. Executive team is tone deaf to workers needs and have outrageous expectations especially pronounced during the Covid pandemic.

KPMG: Work/life balance is practically non-existent as KPMG dictates when you have you use your holidays and the hours are long. Sometimes, clocking 60 to 90 hours is the norm. They also block the very same secondment opportunities internally that they pride themselves with. My mental health has suffered.

Family Dollar Stores: Lots of unresolved conflicts at store level with zero support from any upper management. Store managers show favoritism, only enforcing rules when they want, not upholding company policy. Can’t ever get ahold of anyone in Human Resources. Huge turnover in employee
Foundever: Extremely positive. I came from a company with a soft mission statement, that everyone knew was for marketing and recruiting. At Sitel, we are here to be the best, and everyone I have come into contact with is aligned to that mission.

LKQ Corporation: If you work hard but your not white you are treated differently like worst than everybody else
Sonic Drive-In: I work 8 hours with no breaks. Kids who are underage work past the curfew. We still have to pay for food, and pay for winter uniforms. The abuse of workers rights is unbelievable.

OSF: More upper administration than staff, no structure or set guidelines to direct services between IT, Biomed, Engineering, EVS
UCHealth: Unbelievably bureaucratic and reactive. Needs stronger leadership at the top to eliminate the middle management cya atmosphere
Intel Corporation: More conservative thinking prevails. This causes the company to fall behind on what it used to lead in terms of technology and innovation. Compensation falls behind the market the longer you stay, which is causing significant churn especially when the high tech job market heats up.
JELD WEN: The company environment is toxic, they paly with peoples careers, chaotic, inhuman Human resource, Makes false promises, not process, very authoritative
Buffalo Wild Wings: They only care the bottom line profit. Employees are treated very bad always under staffed and regular hourly employees are made to pick up the slack. Employees are forced to clock in and take there break as soon as hey show up for work they found a loop hole regarding the breaks they have to give

Evonik Corporation: Would rate the company decent to good on benefits and very very negative on work/life balance. Overtime has been way to excessive over the last 3 to 5 years. We are required to take a minimum of 4 days a month which leaves us with only one full weekend off a month.
