Evonik Corporation: It is very high paces, and complex. There needs to be some business prioritization rather than letting managers create competing priorities.
Evonik Corporation: Evonik is a place that allows you to grow. I have experienced myself and watched others work hard to advance and grow within their careers.
Evonik Corporation: I love this company and its great opportunities, experienced and knowledgeable staff, professional team environment.
Evonik Corporation: When I began my career, it felt as if the sky was the limit. Now it feels as though our best days, in terms of employee compensation/workload/appreciation, are behind us. Our site averages an integral employee leaving every few weeks and I believe its due to overutilization and under-compensation.
Evonik Corporation: Amazing potential to be a best in class work environment. Management prevents this because they instill a poor culture. They pay less than competition resulting in terrible staff, they give the same raise for everyone instead of giving raises based on performance.
UL Solutions: Since I joined UL, I felt respected not only in professional field, but in personal field as well. UL shows that see us as human beings. UL is engaged with diverse social causes. UL encourages me to always be a better professional.
WIS International: Long hours, not enough pay, too much drama between teams.
Evonik Corporation: I use to feel valued but no long do.
Evonik Corporation: The experience i good but there is an emphasis to move up in the company which often means leaving the area of expertise you have and want to develop. If a person wants to develop and be promoted, they should not have to leave their area of passion or skill and take a job in another area.
Evonik Corporation: Great for entry level positions/operations/administration, but stagnant on raises, benefits, and promotions regardless of PM ratings once on an established career path for many years.
Evonik Corporation: I am not given the opportunity to do the job I believed I was taking to relocate here. I have not been given opportunities to advance my career. And have witnessed people that appear to be "part of the club" advance without evidence of successful performance. One word - demoralizing.
UL Solutions: UL is a wonderful company to work for. The Leadership team truly cares about your career development and encourages a good balance of both work and home. I was impressed on how they handled Covid-19 protocols also having a yearly Diversity and Inclusion seminar is worthy of praise.
Evonik Corporation: Very positive, even though I have been here less than a year.
UL Solutions: There is no transparency from upper management. There is lots of talk about transparency but it is the exact opposite. I don't feel valued as an employee. I feel they are out for the last buck and work their employees to the bone and don't care about them in the least
UL Solutions: Incredible opportunities and passionate leadership driving a transformation to modernise the business.
UL Solutions: it is a great company to work because of the people, the different cultures. Besides, the mission of the company is very important and makes me feel 100% committed to do my best for safety. Love my job!
UL Solutions: I have worked for UL 29 years and have loved every day of it! I am so excited about our CEO and the changes she has made. I love the leaps and bounds we have made with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Our morale is high and our executive leadership works hard to put employees first.
Evonik Corporation: GOOD EXCEPT FOR TOO MUCH WORK AND TOO FEW PEOPLE, DIFFICULT TO BALANCE WORK AND LIFE
Evonik Corporation: over all i feel good about it.
Evonik Corporation: I like it. It serves a purpose in my life. It enables me to live adequately
Evonik Corporation: This company burns people out due to the stress of the CMO business. The labs are old and in need of repair. The lab works with old technology and programs with no sight of updating. Although the company pays well and the employees are amazing, I feel I am not working towards a future or a real goal
Evonik Corporation: not bad, room for improvment
Evonik Corporation: Still having a job to report to.
Evonik Corporation: I have been working here for 39 years and can only remember working with 1 difficult person. Once the leadership figured out there was a problem, they resolved the issue. The difficult person was removed from the area and placed in another Dept. One of the best places to work in Lafayette IN.
Evonik Corporation: I enjoy my time with the company and have pursued opportunities I would not have been able to with other companies.
Evonik Corporation: it is a good place to work. but it would be nice for the higher ups to listen to the workers. we really do what's going on
Evonik Corporation: The teams I word with are diverse and very engaged.
Evonik Corporation: seem to know their jobs
HP Inc.: monotonous and not very challenging
Evonik Corporation: Evonik is a solid place to work. Development opportunities are lacking, and often it seems that the opportunities are only available for a select predetermined few. Very easy to be pigeonholed.
Evonik Corporation: ITs been challenging as I started immediately prior to the Global Health Pandemic. However, I have adjusted to this and been able to work with colleagues from around the Globe to accomplish tasks.
Evonik Corporation: Health Insurance and Pay Work from Home Potential for some positions.
Evonik Corporation: Being given the opportunity to be challenged.
Infosys: A very good company for growth
NFI Industries: It’s been awesome so far no complain
Evonik Corporation: The company culture is very open and welcoming, and I also love seeing the overlap between different business lines. The bureaucratic nature of the company is quite unappealing for a long term stay, however. It also seems more hospitable for engineers than for chemists, given the nature of the work.

TaskUs: I never want to leave taskus this is the first company that I see myself growing with
TaskUs: I'm very grateful to be working here. They have a great company culture with a diverse group of co-workers, and an excellent support team.

TaskUs: I am very happy working in this company. I love the benefits provided also my workflow
TaskUs: Experience has been great overall. My manager is very considerate and always makes you feel he has your back. Work has been dynamic, always with a lot of updates and changes but still manageable because help and support is always there to help you get through the adjustment period.
