Foundever: Many opportunities to grow my career, travel and meet a diverse and creative team

McDonald's: Managers are rude, there is favoritism, rules are often broken, very understaffed

Of course, there's good and bad and with every company but I will do the best I can every day I work.
Evonik Corporation: I enjoy doing what I do, but each year more & more work is put on all of us & expectations are increased with less people & no more or very little pay increase. The plant succeeds & none of its success is passed down to the front line workers. Things need fixed also & don't, hard to stay positive.
Evonik Corporation: It's very difficult to have positive experiences when your company doesn't respect the work that you do. Thankfully my co-workers make the time bearable. Smithfield: I used to speak so highly of our company but the last few years have really gone down hill. Difficult to have work/life balance in many of the corporate functions.
Caterpillar Inc.: Used to be an exciting place to work, but a lack of product vision, failed acquisitions have lead to a rent-seeking culture rather than an innovative one. Taco Bell: Love working here have a great team
Aetna: The management is inexperienced and unprofessional
Ingles Markets: Doing their job, answer calls, take responsibility

Marsh McLennan: The IT function, specifically MGTI, is a political nightmare. The culture set from the top is horrendous. IT leadership is fear based and fear driven. Middle managers frequently lie to avoid being berated and demeaned.
Johnson Controls: Use to be an exciting, nice, place to workand people looked forward to going to work each day. .. Now it seem like it's all about "Control" from Johnson..!
Centerra Group: Management needs to seriously look at their number one and most important asset, their employees and take care of them. Look up Emotional Intelligence. If anyone actually reads this please read the short book "The Way of the Shepard" by DR. Kevin Leman & Bill Pentak. Business Changer.
