Motive: It has been a wonderful journey so far. The only thing I would say is tech team pace is a little slower than I would expect.

Motive: The only thing which can be changed is the long duration of work. 9 hours long shift can be brought down to 8 hours. Break timing should be flexible too. 30 minutes is too less to grab something, eat it and get back to work. Combining breaks together & making it a 1 hour break should be optional
