New leaders aren't trained and are ineffective.
HubSpot: Great, there are things to improve however I do feel empowered to submit recommendations, take action and move forward.
TEGNA: I feel undervalued because I AM undervalued. Paid significantly less than my male counterparts AND paid sognificantly less than people In the same role at other stations in the same market. Non-compete clauses allow them to get away with this. TEGNA likes young cheap labor. No skill necessary.
Matthews International Corporation: The PTO is miserable. For a highly stressed position, you only have 10 days to take off.
HubSpot: I feel really well compensated for a job that I enjoy doing and want to do better at each day.
