Greyhound Lines: Modernize their ticketing process where you are able to get your boarding pass at the bus terminals. Terminal agents could be more helpful in servicing customers and not tell them they can't. Onshore their customer service group would be a major improvement over the scripted response you get now.

Simon Property Group: The outside setting , building need pressure wash , paint and landscaping herendous , lack of management , vendors upset ar the look of the mall . Affects business sales. Years it looks awful no care in the world poor management.
