Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I feel my role requires me to pick up slack from my supporting teams as my pay relies on deals closing. Our goal is set too high and is not re-evaluated. I think a much higher base pay is warranted for this type of work based on the market place.

Great. I think the one thing I don't like is some leadership. Not my boss but others. Some are not as encouraging and are emotionally unstable in my opinion.

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
