Many of the "perks" are for those who work in the Alpharetta office. For home based employees, especially post Covid, they are worthless.

Great. I think the one thing I don't like is some leadership. Not my boss but others. Some are not as encouraging and are emotionally unstable in my opinion.

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
